Jon Snow Sir Crispin Tickell GCMG, KCVO
Sir Crispin is the current Director of the Policy Foresight Programme in the
James Martin Institute for Science and Civilization at Oxford University.
His diplomatic career from 1954 included appointments as British ambassador
to Mexico and in 1987 as Permanent Representative to the United Nations. His
many interests include climate change, population issues, conservation of
biodiversity and the early history of the Earth.
