For our fourth year, our 2011 Film Festival will include the Young Film Makers for Development session screening of films produced by young people from across the globe.

arked 2010, the International Year for Youth: Dialogue and Mutual Understanding with a Young Film Makers for Development Day at the BFI, Southbank, London on 27 November. Special thanks to the British Universities Film & Video Council for their support and sponsorship of the Young Film Makers for Development Day.

In its support of the awards of the We The Peoples Film Festival, the British Universities Film & Video Council (BUFVC) wishes to promote the production of high-quality films by young people and to support their use in education. The BUFVC is a representative body which promotes the production, study and use of moving image, sound and related media in higher education and research.
